Description

Here is video of the SRV in action showing the hydraulics lowering the frame as we would in strong winds, and the probe deployment as if we were in the path of the tornado. We decided to go with the name SRV because we were not big fans of the name "Dominator", and plan to collect vertical wind data from tornadoes, wall clouds, supercell updrafts, hurricane eyewalls, etc. (hence the inclusion of Storm in the acronym).
