First day in a week I didn't wake up feeling like absolute crap, that was a very welcome sign.
All I accomplished on the Jeep today was getting the LED control box mounted and the wires for the front LED's ran, then the mono kicked in and said time for a nap.
I'm planning on nixing the whole laptop idea and going with an actual computer. Reason? My laptop doesn't offer the smoothing option in GRLevel3, not to mention it's kinda slow with gps, radar and w/e else open at the same time. I've got a 3GHz Gateway with dedicated ATI graphics card that'll work perfect and should fit behind the driver's seat. Wifi card will be installed with an antenna on the roof, so any place I'm at with wifi I can browse the internet without worrying about my mobile broadband cap. The laptop stand will simply house my 15" LCD monitor, I'll have a wireless keyboard/mouse and, 800 watt Cobra inverter so I can power the pc with ease and w/e else I might need to plug in.
I've also got new headlights on the way. Stock vehicle headlights are 60/55 watts hi/lo beam. The new lenses are 100% clear glass on front with diamond lense in the back. The H4 bulbs on the way are 100/55, hi/lo. 100 watts vs. 60 normally is going to be a HUGE difference in light, of course they'll only be on when I'm the only one on the road.
AND YET ANOTHER!
I found some sweet JEEP 4x4 fog lights on ebay that'll mount to my bumper. They're 55 watt H4 halogens and say "JEEP 4x4" in chrome smack dab on the front, should match the Jeep nicely.
