This is my forecast for the next 12 months, I'll will include the USA in the forecast, although my skills lie in western Canada.

November 2009:
- Milder and wetter than normal for western Canada.
- near avg in eastern Canada
- Cooler and wetter than AVG in the USA southwest
- Warmer than normal in the USA southeast and midwest.
- Cooler than normal in the northeast

Winter 2009/10
- Mild and wet winter overall in western Canada
- Very cold and stormy in eastern Canada
- Cool and very wet in the USA southwest
- Colder and wetter than normal in the southeast USA
- Colder and drier in the northeast USA

Spring 2010
- Simple! early spring in ALL areas
Unusual Heat in Western Canada, Southwest USA, and Midwest USA in Late April and early May, many records
- an early snowfall in early April in the Rockies, but small compared to the norm
- A sharp spike in tornadoes in the Midwest in early May, above the usual amount for May and June

Summer 2010
- Tropical heat from Alberta/Montana to Quebec/Maine
- Typical Summer in the southeast
- Much hotter an humid in the upper Midwest.
- Very hot and dry in the southern plains and southwest
- Very dangerous Thunderstorms in the Canadian prairies, Great lakes, and eastern seaboard.

Autumn 2010:
- Early snowfalls From the Alberta foothills and along the Can/US border to Manitoba.
- High temperatures in late October in the Midwest, possible trigger for tornadoes
- Wet in western Canada
- Possible return of El Nino, but stronger
