On January 27-28, 2009, northern Arkansas, southeast Missouri and western Kentucky were slammed by a crippling, once-in-a-lifetime ice storm. 1-3" of freezing rain fell across the entire area, bringing down tens of thousands of power poles and leaving millions of people in the dark for days. TornadoVideo.net's Heidi Farrar documented this devastating storm from the Ozark Mountains in Arkansas, and ultimately lost power for two weeks! This video is Part 2 of 2: The Aftermath!!
