Parkersburg, IA tornado rated an EF5!

The NWS office is Des Moines, IA just released that the Parkersburg, IA tornado on May 25, 2008 was rated an EF5, with estimated wind speeds of at least 205 mph.  The tornado touched down at around 4:48 pm CDT, and quickly grew in size and intensity as it approached southern sections of Parkersburg by 4:59 pm.  100 - 200 homes were destroyed in Parkersburg, including a few with EF5 damage.  The full damage survey release can be found here:
