Here is the completed chase log video from the May 22, 2007 tornadic supercells in northwest KS. This supercell exhibited some of the best structure we have ever seen in 9 years of storm chasing! Several still photos and frame captures are shown in the chase logs section (which is a huge work in progress!)

Hi Guys....It says i cant view the video.
Cool footage, especially at the beginning of the video.
You should've filmed the 75 in a 65 SE of Dodge City.
So, there were two mesos on that storm at one time? Whoa... :D
I like how Joel almost hits Holder.. then you guys leave Holder behind! That was an amazing storm, I wish I could've seen it!
Heidi - It initially started out as two different storms, with the one to the north looking stronger. As the southern one increased though, the northern one quickly died as it was seeded by the other.
JY - Yeah, I've never seen Holder move that fast.
That's video set the tornadovideos.not reference to peeing record to the best of my knowledge. Congratulations to whoever was chugging the h20.

What do you think of Western Oklahoma for this afternoon?
Western OK looks interesting, but I'm concerned about major weaknesses in the flow at 850 and 700 mb (~20 kts). However, there is good directional shear, and substantial instability so there could be a few supercells.
We're keeping an eye on it and will fly west if we have to!
cool video.really funny at the end, when you almost hit the guy.
New Ruc shows an area of 30kt 850mb winds at 3z. Very high cape values 4000. Directional shear looks nice. I get off work at 3 and plan on going to clinton and points west for hopefully supercells.
Hi, I just have one update from yesterday. There was a funnel cloud reported over my area of Winnipeg in the evening. It just hovered there, and dissipated soon after. I dunno how ot could form with no actuall storms around, but it did. Well, oh well.
Looks like SPC is about to issue a Tornado Watch for western OK.
Looks like a lot of fun to hang with you guys. What is a scud btw? When I heard someone mention it in the vid I was looking for something missile shaped lol. Is that a nickname for something?
Hey Danny...Scud are non-rotating clouds that hang below a cloud base...they can be confused for tornadoes when shaped like one, but are not rotating.
Thanks for the clearing up my misunderstand. Much appreciated.
