I think you guys should make a video about tornado safety. that way people realize that what you're doing is very awesome but definitely should not be done unless you are a professional.
but the question is; when is someone considered a -professional- storm chaser?

Your extremly insane development wouldnt happen to be actually intercepting a tornado is it? As in driving a protected vehicle into a EF2+?
Just curious. Cuz that would be crazy and i saw a show on explorer about it.

Though i know Reed likes getting close, I dont see him driving through a EF-2+...intentionally, but what is there left to do when you get bored of being 50 yards away though?
Anyone want to make a donation to my chase fund? its really hurting right now. 5 chases in just a few weeks really takes the money away fast.
You definately have a knack for chasing. I read somewhere that tornadoes can travel at high speeds not rotational velocity, but linearly. I guess those are the ones that you got to watch out for. Good luck and be safe.

Oh yeah...my home got hammered with golfball sized hail and 70mph winds yesterday...and I missed it...I was at a baby shower 20 miles away...argh!!! Now I must go remove the debris...
