Our friend Simon Brewer, of Stormgasm.com, captured this tornado in Tarrant County, TX, just southwest of Fort Worth, TX.  He captured video from within 1/4 mile of the debris cloud as the hose passed across I-20...you can view the video on the front page of his website.

Cors..THANKS!

That's awesome to watch after the fact...since our internet is fairly slow, we never get to watch the tracker as it's happening. It looked like we got disconnected just as we were reaching the Seymor, TX tornado...It looked like we were about 5 minutes behind it as it crossed the state route south of town.

Nice video,

Must be an exciting chase yesterday, a powerfull cell close to Dallas.

It would be cool if the live tracker could record you guys traveling and the radar images. So that u can see where what was happening.

Hey Wouter,

The tracker already has radar overlaid on the satellite map with our position indicated. Is this what you mean?

We're planning on having web cams for next year, showing what we are seeing out of all angles of the vehicle. That way people can storm chase out of the comfort of their own home.

@Wouter - Yeah we are going to look into taking some "snapshots" of their location so they can go back and see where they have been. Maybe like every minute or so.

@Cors - Cool video!

We saw this bowl shaped wall cloud driving east on Highway 30... unfortunately, we decided to stop and eat instead of chasing on

Thanks for the explanations guys,

Reed, what Jason said is what i ment, just snapshots of certain areas with extreme weather on radar. It's cool to watch photos and videos and see radar images of locations u guys visited.

The plans of having cams on the vehicle are even better, that would be so awsome. Me sitting at home with a bag of popcorn watching u guys chase :-) Great plan for the furture. For now i just love to read the chase stories and the videos/photos. So thanks anyways.
