A confirmed tornado produced damage in Tuscaloosa, AL just minutes ago, and this dangerous supercell is heading straight for Birmingham! The velocities are maxed out in the radar image below as of 15 minutes ago. People in this area should be underground!!!
Nearly a dozen tornado warnings are currently in effect for Alabama! This is a very dangerous situation statewide, and will likely continue for the next several hours! As I'm writing this post, another tornado was just report just to the northeast of Tuscaloosa!

8 dead at Enterprise High School in Tuscaloosa, 5 dead in Wilcox County. Very bad situation in Alabama right now.
Yeah that is terrible...The damage looked very severe...could be EF-3+.
They know have 18 death in the Eterpire tornado in Coffe County (Eterpire is in south Alabama...Tusaloosa is in Central Alabama)
Wow 18, where did you hear that? I am up here in Birmingham AL and I have not heard that report yet.
Horrible day for a lot of people in the path of these tornadoes. Only a matter of time before these twisters encountered some population density.
