although the line has become significantly weaker it would seem that it will still have enough kick to flood the south and create maybe another Dixie alley tornado scare. If so it'll be in much more populated areas. Here's the radar image from the National Weather Service:

i'll add the wind here in a second. I think once these storms hit that area of rich moisture they'll start doing what they did last night. They already have flash flood warnings on them as well.

and here is the wind threat. It seems that if this line get get re-organized that damaging winds are probably the biggest threat.

Tornado Watch has been issued for Eastern Mississippi and Western Alabama until 7PM CDT. Tornado, wind and hail probabilities all at 30% or lower for this watch area.
