I took this photo today in the rout between Paraná and Santa Fe. It was early in the morning, didn't have rotation but it was huge. You can not see it very well because i was travelling to Santa Fe, but you can see the base.

I'm surprised no one has responded here.

This looks like a classic shelf cloud to me, which would explain why there was no rotation as it's not a mesocyclone at all, but a squall line gust front (also explaining the size).
