There is a tornado warning in Birmingham at present. There were 2 tornadoes reported in Southern Louisiana this AM, one in Central MS and one is West Central AL this AM, also. Any info you could give us on these storms would be greatly appreciated. I'm in Guntersville in Marshall County. Since April I freak out a little at the mention of the T word.

Hi jessy,

For now, the TWarned storms are to your E and SE, so, other than some thunderstorms for your area, you should be good. Try to listen to your local wx forecasts or a NOAA weather radio and just stay aware of the situation.

Thank you. Looks like we're in the clear for the really bad stuff. South Alabama looks nasty though. Good thing is that we don't have trees to fall on the house or cars anymore. So, I don't worry as much about wind.
