Now we are at 35 for the year.

How about this. Minnesota also made the list the same day in 2009.

Through June 23, 2009 the list was at 42 states, so we're still 7 states behind.

There are still 13 states that have not had a tornado within the continental US this year.

Last year after June 23, only 4 more states would make the list for the entire year

June 22, 2010 we missed adding New York to the list by just a mile or two.

And I'm sure as you can see 6-5-2010 will easily move to the top of the list as one of the worse days of 2010.

Wow, nice list. I take it we are still at the current update right? Seems to be quiet this year (except for my area; we have had more severe weather events in one month than in a year.) Thanks for in the info, and I'll be keepin up!

If my memory is working ok today this should put Rhode Island with the longest period of time since it's last tornado. Only Rhode Island & West Virginia did not make the list in 2009, so it's some time before that for those two states. With West Virginia making the list a few days ago Rhode Island now gets the title.

Connecticut joins the 2010 list 2 days earlier than a year ago.

2010 list now at 38 states. 2009 list through 6-28-2009 was at 43. It's getting closer and we got a shot at two or three missing from the list up in the Pacific Northwest the next few days. It's getting about time for the who is missing from the list post.

And remember the lists never includes Alaska & Hawaii!!!
