Incredible tornado video from Extreme Tornado Tours! PDF Print E-mail

Extreme Tornado Tours was in the heart of the action last evening as they ventured extremely close to a large tornado before having to BACK UP! The video was shot 5 miles east of Kirksville, MO by tour guest Blake Knapp. 

Footage from TVN's intercept of the same tornado should be available later today! Stay tuned for unprecedented footage!

Looks way more intense compared to the live stream that I watched of it. If only you guys could stream in HD eh?

Good driving lesson in this: Even though certain doom is 100 feet away, remain calm and keep out of the ditch.

"BACK UP!" is a staple phrase of TVN now. You can guarantee you're seeing a video from them when you hear it!

It would have been cool to stream in HD, I was watching Reeds web stream when it went a 1/4 mile or so ahead of him causing power flashes and all. Great video and as MDH says, "Back Up!" seems to be the staple phrase of the TVN group.

ETT is back in Kirksville now on the live stream looking at the damage on the house in the video. Has the tornado and its damage been classified yet?
