1.24.10.wwLow-topped supercells have initiated in central and eastĀ Georgia ahead of a squall line located to the west! Several tornado warnings have been issued, and a tornado watch is in effect from South Carolina to the Florida panhandle until later tonight. The Austins of team Warmsector are targeting central Georgia, while Jim Walker is in the Florida Panhandle, and both will be streaming on the Live page as data allows.

That's a massive squall line. I can't wait to see the amazing footage.

Check out the Nashville Tn. weather service site! one of the little lines of showers North of Nashville contained a very small low topped mini supercell with maybe a 40 DBZ core that managed a tornado that traveled 3 miles plus a good picture of it. I could not believe it when I saw it...amazing!
