Two winter storms are currently moving through eastern North America -- One in the western Great Lakes and the other moving up the East Coast spreading heavy snow across the Mid-Atlantic including Washington DC. 4-8 inches of snow will be common across much of Wisconsin with the first storm (a weak Colorado Low), and also across northwestern VA and central MD, with higher amounts in the Appalachians.
