An active polar jet stream near the Canada/U.S. border is creating wind storm conditions for areas of Saskatchewan, with a deep low pressure of 988mb forming at the surface. The deepening surface low is creating a strong Pressure Gradient Force (PGF) in southern Saskatchewan, subsequently resulting in wind gusts over 104 km/h (65 mph) in Regina! To add to this, light snow and graupel are falling at a decent rate and temperatures are hovering near freezing! TVN fan Lisa Boychuk has reported power outages and empty semis being blown over an overpass! Check out some of the videos she took...

To add to the post, one of the big signs coming into town is ripped apart, people's siding is ripped off, garbage cans thrown around, large trees knocked down, and a 3rd mini power outage - oddly enough it created a 5 minute water outage!
This was the worst I've ever seen...as you can see the proof in my videos in this post!
Backwards of here. Before this windstorm it was 17 C (around 65 F I think), and today its 0 (32 F), with a -7 C (19 F) wind chill.. And the wind hasn't let up too much!!
