Reed, Chris and crew are currently headed to northern Michigan to check out the snowfall from earlier this week. Some locations picked up close to 2 feet! Pictured above alongside Reed are Terry Rosema, who designed the Dominator, and Clark Klaasen. Reed expects to have some Michigan snow video available later tonight or tomorrow, and an iPhone app video should be forthcoming as well.

Also, Andrew Pritchard of PrairieStormMedia.com documented the blizzard from Northern Illinois University on Wednesday. Students were taking final exams and had some pretty extreme conditions to contend with on their way to and from class! Check out his video below!

Love the Mad Bomber hat. Best head gear for winter there is!

It's refreshing to see Reed is kicking back and getting in some serious play time.

I can see a new series coming out soon... "ICE ROAD DOMINATORS!!!". Put a hitch on that vehicle and start towing some equipment up for the Alaskian Pipeline.

But seriously... Keep up the good work, look forward to seeing the videos. Stay warm!!

The NIU footage was awesome! Being an alum at NIU I can tell you that the campus is gorgeous on these snow days. However walking in these snow days is not that much fun. Especially walking through the MLK Center/circle. It's a wind vortex and the only way to walk through it is to have your back to the wind, just how the kid did in the footage. Plus I think I saw my brother's car at one point. He said it was a very rough time to get to classes for finals due to all the conditions.

That is the kind of stuff i'm talking about. I loved watching you guys chase tornados but if I were to chase anything it would be these awesome snow storms.

I'm just ticked that I don't live close enough to the lakes to get some of that snow. Midwest Ohio is currently snow free and warming up again. Damn.
