A huge hail storm pummelled the north side of Oklahoma City Sunday, leaving extreme devastation and destruction in its wake.  Hail up to and even bigger than softballs moved through the heavily populated Nichols Hills suburb, totalling any vehicle left outside and causing extensive damage to roofs and other property.  This storm is sure to be remembered for many years in the OKC area by anyone who experienced it!  Check out the insane YouTube video below featuring huge hailstones filling up a swimming pool, as well as pictures of the storm and aftermath provided by our readers Wendy Hanser and Brad Hurley.  Note the green hue of the storm captured by Brad as it crosses Lake Hefner--a classic indication of very large hail--and how Wendy's car is all but totalled!  For many more storm pictures and videos posted by Wendy, Brad, and other TVN fans, be sure to visit Reed's Facebook Fan Page.  Also below are maps of the hail paths and damage, as provided by our sister site LiveHailMap.com.  Check out the huge area of maxed-out hail damage in north OKC!

I have seen videos of hail that big on lakes before, but the smaller scale of the pool makes it that much more amazing!

That is seriously nuts. I can't even imagine being in that. It's almost if the world is about to end.

Intense. I wish I was in Oklahoma this week, New York is so boring. But we're selling one of our houses and moving into my grandpa's house (who's in an elderly care-facility) so maybe I can come on a tour in June! So epic and intense.
