Hi Uncle Jim! Did you enjoy the pictures DougnKC shared? Now you know what all the fuss was about! Glad you're on here as I am still learning about this site so maybe we can learn together! Have a great day!
Feedback from Unclejim: Hi, T-Baby. I LOVED the pictures. She sure is a pretty girl. I don't remember her name, but Doug ought'a be really proud.
I'm afraid I haven't learned a whole lot about this thing either. But, I remember when I didn't know a whole lot about a whole lot of things until time and participation took over and everything became automatic.
Good to hear from you...
Love To All, UJ
To those of you who have been so generous as to welcome me, and/or give me greetings, I have answered each posting on your wall. I didn't know I could answer your post on my wall. So please forgive a newbies ignorance. Everyone has made me feel quite at home, here, dispite my not knowing how to use this system, yet.

Hey Uncle Jim,
Welcome to TVN glad you stopped by!Thanks for sharing your knife collection, what an awesome collection it is.Years ago I ran a couple of stores for Remington and one of the lines we carried were knives.Everything from kitchen, hunting, survial and the Swiss Army knives.I used to do a little buying of knives for the company from time to time,so I really can appreciate the knives you have!

Hi... I'm Uncle Jim. I am a knife collector in Moore, Oklahoma. I have a large collection of pocket knives and the world's largest collection of WR Case Seahorse Whittlers.
But I have been a weather nut for much longer than I have been collecting knives. Since I was raised on a farm in SE Oklahoma. I once saw a tornado in the 50's. I was fascinated. It has been a fascination to me ever since that day.
I am a ham radio operator, and have a weather station with everything but radar, and I get that off the computer. Some day I'll find someone to assemble the weather station and get it up and running.
The May 3, 99 tornado is the only one I have ever run from. It missed our house by 4 blocks. The one that struck in May of 2003 missed us by three blocks. I was out in the front yard looking for it when it came down out of the clouds. What an exciting moment.
Reed and Joel are heros to me. I have friends all over the world who receive videos from me that were shot by Reed and Joel. I even have a friend in New Zealand who has a video and a "Flying Cow" necklace for his wife. I have turned him into an avid watcher of tornado videos.
I look forward to at least monitoring this forum for a while.
LTA, Uncle Jim
